I’m happy to announce that our election is complete and Bob Martin, a staff photographer at The Free Lance-Star, has been elected president of the VNPA. Freelance photographer and former Daily Press staffer Heather Hughes Ostermaier is our treasurer and Virginian-Pilot staff photographer Ross Taylor is our secretary.
